Isn't this SO much fun? You can use top coat to get the sugar to stick. Just apply a coat of top coat, and while it's wet, dip your nail in sugar!

I used Picture Polish Bright White for the base, applied some Liquid Palisade by Kiesque and sponged a little gradient using Picture Polish Gelato, Sorbet, Tiffany, Sky & Candy and a makeup sponge.
