This design takes me back to my childhood. My parents had this painting in the living room by Willem Haenraets, a Dutch painter with a really dreamy style. I must have spent I don't know how many hours looking at this painting!

I used Picture Polish Glitch and painted the design with acrylic paint and my Roubloff 00 detail brush. There's a weird light pattern in this pic, I think the sun was reflecting off of something while I took the photo! Too bad I didn't notice it before...
