They gloooow!!! Please note that these glow in complete darkness, not just under UV light. That's the beauty of the glow polish that is Serum No. 5! I used Blue Blazes and Krypton-Brite, and they glow SO well!
The base is Glam Polish Summer Nights, a long since discontinued polish from their Rydell High's Collectors series. I think it's perfect for a night sky! The only thing painted with acylic paint are the black trees.
