One stroke feather nail art
Birds of a feather.... do nail art together! It's been a long while since I've done one stroke, I'm not really a flower mani type of girl so I need to find new ways to use the one stroke technique. That's how I came up with these feathers! Click to see more, plus a video tutorial!
The idea for the 'one stroke covering the whole nail' started back in August, when I did my one stroke snake skin nail art. It was a popular one!
The more I look at my feathers, the more they start to look like roof shingles. Maybe I should have made them more colorful.
And because I used Serum No. 5 Silver Lining as the base color, it glows in the dark... sort of. I don't know what it's supposed to look like. But my grey paint isn't very opaque so the super bright glow shows through, despite it being covered up. Pretty cool!
And ofcourse, because I love you all, I've also included a video tutorial :D If you've never dabbled in one stroke nail art before, you might want to take a quick glance at my one stroke basics video tutorial so can get started!

I received Serum No. 5 Silver Lining as a press sample for an honest review. Opinions expressed are 100% my own and not influenced in any way other than the quality of the product itself.
