Danbo nail art, the cutest little robot

Helleuuuu!!! Look at this little guy, isn't he the cutest? It's Danbo, the friendly cardboard robot! The photo that I used as an example belongs to Miss Tori, she takes the most beautiful, touching pictures of her Danbo miniature. Click to see more!

This was a very relaxing project for me. It was one of those things that I didn't overthink, I just started to paint and I rather like the outcome!

All of it is acrylic paint, but not all of it is exactly freehanded because I did the background with a sponge. That was so easy!

The face was really hard to paint, because he has a certain expression that's innocent and a little bit sad, but also very cute. I don't think I quite captured that.

And the frog... the little glass frog... I must have re-painted him 5 times, making him white again and starting over with the lines. It's just SO TINY!

All in all, I like the mani a lot, faults and all! Yes, I keep seeing things I should have done better. I'm a perfectionist :-p
