Creepy 3D ghost face nail art
Look close... Look closer... What do you see? It's someone trying to break through my nails! It's a face! With hands! Yikes!!!!! This nail art design was done with gel polish, I kind of love the new possibilities gel polish adds to nail art :D Click to see more, plus a video tutorial!
Oh you know me... Always playing around with creepy ideas. I remember seeing a ghost face underneath the sheets, or inside a wall, in a movie I saw once but ofcourse now I have no idea what movie it was.
Translating the idea to nails was HARD. First I tried it on nail sticks, but I couldn't get the surface smooth enough to make the face and hands stand out. Looks pretty cool though, right?
Then I tried it on my nails but it really wasn't looking good. I tried it again after I learned how to work my new Gelibility Fix It gel top coat and that made a big difference!
You can see all of the steps in the video tutorial and try for yourself. I made it a lot slower than I usually do so you can follow everything, I hope it's not too long because of it.
This would have been a LOT easier if I had had white 3D gel polish, but I don't have that and can't afford it, so I kind of liked the challenge of doing it with black foil gel!

I received Gelibility Fix It as a press sample for an honest review. Opinions expressed are 100% my own and not influenced in any way other than the quality of the product itself.
