Hey girls! It's gonna be a quickie today, but I did really want to share this with you. I did twin nails with the amazing @laynopaul on Instagram and we recreated this painting by Leonid Afremov. Isn't his recreation just gorgeous? Click to see more!
Here's my inspiration. I feel like I didn't do this painting justice! But then again, it is SO hard to recreate a painting like this one tiny, tiny canvases like my nails (Marlein can vouch for how truly tiny my nails are) and with a different technique. I also managed to sneak in some one stroke (the sky) and I used different techniques together.
Sooo... I hope you like :) I didn't do a great job but I also couldn't have done better, I think. Let me know what you think!
