Feeeshes! Sea life nail art with sea horse charm
Woot woot! Who's ready for some feeeeshes? Click to see more!
Feeeesheees! That's crazy talk for fishes. It's an inside joke with my friend Verity, who also told me that the fish she had in her tank were veeeecious. She always makes me laugh! You should have a gander at her Facebook page because she does some truly awesome nail designs!
For this mani, I used a nail charm from Ocean Nail Supply. I received it for review along with a whole bunch of other great charms and I was looking for the perfect mani to fit it in.
I used Picture Polish Ocean for the base of this nail art, and I painted the design with acrylic paint and my Christrio Scotland nail art brush. (I know, I know, I always use it but I love it so much!)
I love parts of this design, while other parts are not so pretty. For instance, I love the jellyfish! They came out exactly how I imagined, though I would have positioned them a little bit differently. But they look a LOT like jellyfish, don't they?
I do NOT like my clown fish. They didn't turn out great and their faces look all messed up. I didn't redo them because I wouldn't freaking know how to do any better! Hahaha!
And I'm also pretty happy with how my angelfish turned out! And Verity had to tell me that it's not called a moon fish in English, while that would be the direct translation from Dutch. Hmmm so one learns new things every day... *strokes her non-existent beard*
Thank you SO much for looking at my pictures and maybe even reading some of my ramblings, I really love all of you looking at my crazy designs! You guys are AWESOME!
I received the sea horse nail charm as a press sample to make nail art with. Opinions expressed are 100% my own and not influenced in any way other than the quality of the product itself.
